What a shame that a Federal appeals court judge has ruled California’s same-sex marriage ban unconstitutional! The people had spoken! Democracy in action. We need an Amendment to the Constitution defining marriage as being between one man and one woman and put this issue to rest once and for all. The Supreme Court will likely affirm the California Court decision next year. The cowardly Congress has stood by for decades while Supreme Court liberals have rewritten the Constitution, with no authority to do so. When will Congress impeach these rogue justices? Only when conservative fighters become a majority. I need your help to get there.
